FYT travelers. Henry: A distinguished gentleman
Today we will tell you the story of Henry. A beautiful dog with wisdom eyes who has started a new life in Australia.
Summer, his owner approached us to arrange the airfreight from Hungary, where Henry was living provisionally with a sweet loving carer, to Melbourne. When she contacted us she had already done all the paperwork to import Henry into Australia, she even had the import permit and the quarantine admission date.
So it was our mission to book the best flight at the most competitive rate possible. Finally we booked Emirates, with a long stopover in Dubai, where Henry could stretch his legs out of his kennel. And the best part of this flight schedule is that it arrives to Melbourne during the PEQ (Quarantine Facility) working hours, so no extra charges have to be paid for handling after hours.

It was quite challenging to coordinate between his Hungarian foster care, Summer and the airline during the Christmas Holidays to be able to get all the last minute paperwork and the OK to Forward from the airline on time. We had some last minute issues with the Fit to Fly Certificate (The Vet signed by mistake with wrong date OOOPSSIEE!) but working all together we managed to have all ready for him to depart on his scheduled flight :D

We were so lucky the flights were not delayed and he arrived at the scheduled time. After arrival, he was retrieved from the aircraft by Quarantine Officials. Summer got the email that everything was ok quite fast after arrival.
10 days later, his family went to pick him up, he was so excited that he jumped straight to the car ready to enjoy his new life in Australia!!
