How our service works?

  • Contact us filling the inquiry form or writing to julia@flyyourtail.com with the information of your pet (breed, age ,sex , vaccination status, microchip, pet passport), origin and destination and desired travel date. Also include in your request if pick up and drop at home is required. We will back to you shortly informing the different options available to ship your baby (excess baggage, manifested cargo etc..) and the documentation requirements.

  • Once we know what is the most suitable option we will work with all our partners to elaborate a trip itinerary and its price. You will receive a PDF with all details and the cost item by item, no hidden charges.

    Once you accept the quote we will place all the bookings, only when they are confirmed you will proceed to do the payment to us.

  • To follow up we will create a WhatsApp group. This will allow us to communicate with you 24/7. We will keep in touch to make sure all preparations for the trip are happening according to plan and to solve last minute issues.

  • The day of the trip we will be online when the crucial parts of the shipping process are happening: delivery to the terminal, customs clearance etc… we will provide you tracking number and provide constant updates on how your baby is doing. When possible we will send you photos and videos.

  • Our service doesn’t end when your baby has reached to his/her new home. We like to check couple of days after the trip to see how the baby is doing and provide advise if any issue arises.
